C1 Acquiring knowledge about the complexity of implementation projects of enterprise systems, the variability of project conditions over time and the mutual influence of various factors on each other.
C2 Deepening the knowledge about the various stakeholders of the implementation project and the mutual relations between them.
C3 Understanding the enterprise system implementation considerations based on modern approaches, such as cloud computing and free and open source software.

C2 Organization of the implementation of an enterprise system - case study: motivations for the implementation of the enterprise system, justification of the implementation decision, the process of selecting the system, using consultants' services, the role of the project manager, evaluation of the implementation success. 3 0
C3 Global and international considerations in ES adoption - a case study: analyzing the role of culural factors in ES adoption, discussing the role of international considerations in in ES adoption, formulating the main failure factors in ES adoption, discussing implications for adopters and providers. 2 0
C4 Risk management in ES adoption - a case study: risk factors in ES adoption, comparison of ES solution alternatives (proprietary, custom-developed, open source) and related risk factors, dynamics of risk management in ES adoption process, formulation of best practice in risk management 2 0

The average of the current grades is calculated as the arithmetic mean of the team projects. Additionally, a student may receive a maximum of + 10% for active participation in the classes.
Sposób obliczania oceny końcowej (zgodnie z §18 pkt. 5 Regulaminu studiów)
The final grade consists of 40% of the current grades and 60% of the final exam grade.
